Returns
- We offer returns only on defective products within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Exchanges
- Defective products may be exchanged for the same item or a suitable replacement, subject to availability.
- Exchanges are not offered for change of mind purchases.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not covered by N.V. Chemicals and are the responsibility of the customer.

- Provide your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
